Lovers Lina Schneider and Rika Watanabe find themselves separated on opposite sides of the border as their country splits in two. Upon learning that Rika might be suffering from a tyrannical government on the other side of the country, Lina enlists in the military in a bid to free her. Rejecting her humanity to become a living weapon with enough firepower to level a city, she soon finds out she's not the only one of her kind...
